2012 Meetings: 1/17; 2/21; 3/20; 4/17; 5/15;
6/19;
7/17; 8/21; 9/18; 10/16; 11/13; 12/11.
[all meetings are usually the 3rd Tues. of every month, except
Nov. & Dec., which we do the 2nd Tues. due to the Holidays.]
5/15/12 is the annual Architectural Review Board meeting for the Architectural violations.
12/11/12 is the annual Community meeting for voting on the 2013 budget. All are encouraged to attend
or send in their Proxies, because we need at least 37 votes to pass the budget.
We meet at 7:30 pm, at the Lake Ridge Baptist Church, located next to the pool on Clipper Dr.
