Who can attend TOTA Board Meetings?

All Thousand Oaks community members/residents (homeowners and renters) are invited to attend.

Can I attend virtually?

Meetings are held virtually via Zoom.  Please contact the board ahead of time to request Zoom meeting attendance details.

 

Can I request an agenda topic?

Requests for agenda topics may be submitted via email (TotaBoard@TotaNews.net) two weeks prior.  There is also time allotted for community forum at the beginning and end of each meeting.  Community forum is limited to 5 minutes per speaker.
