PARKING

Where can I park?

In accordance with the Thousand Oaks Bylaws, each home officially is assigned at least one (1) assigned parking space. These assigned spots are marked with your home address number as painted onto the curb.  You may only park in these spots.

Where can my guests park?

There are several guest parking spots throughout the neighborhood.  Guest spaces are designated for GUESTS ONLY.  These spots are NOT for resident use. Please note: our parking is regulated and double parking is not allowed.

Additionally, street parking on Mayflower Dr. and Clipper Dr. is also available for guests.

Commercial Vehicle Parking: All resident Commercial Vehicles must park on Clipper Dr.  Working Commercial vehicles may only park within the community for two hours or less. If you need such a vehicle to be present longer than 2 hours, please contact the Board of Directors (TotaBoard@TotaNews.net) for such authorization. Commercial Vehicles present for longer periods and without authorization (including overnight) will be towed at vehicle owner's expense.

Who can I call to have a car towed from my assigned space?

If a car is illegally parked in your assigned spot you may call the tow truck company listed in the FAQ section of this website.
