POOL SEASON and OPERATING HOURS:
The Pool is traditionally open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.

POOL OPERATING HOURS:
During the Prince William County School (PWCS) Year:
Monday-Friday: 4:00PM-7:45PM
Saturday, Sunday: 11:00AM-7:45PM
Summer Hours (After PWCS School Year Ends):
Monday-Friday: 1:00PM-7:45PM;
Saturday, Sunday: 11:00AM-7:45PM
Federal Holiday Hours: 11:00AM-7:45PM

PARKING IN THE LOT: While actively using the pool and court areas, all resident and accompanied guest drivers are considered as authorized to park there. To keep the lot open and spots available for your closest vehicle access, please indicate the make and model of your vehicle during sign in. UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED at DRIVER'S EXPENSE. Parking in the lot's yellow zone is ONLY for active loading and unloading at the pool. ALL other vehicles in the yellow WILL be towed at driver's expense.

POOL ACCESS REQUIREMENTS: With or without a pool pass, Persons seeking to access the pool must have Thousand Oaks Association dues paid in full each pool season.

PERSONS ALREADY HAVING A THOUSAND OAKS POOL PASS: If you already have Thousand Oaks pool I.D. pass, you can still use that pass to access the pool (even recently expired passes (in the last three years). Simply show that pass and follow the instructions of the desk attendant to enter the pool area.

PERSONS WITHOUT A THOUSAND OAKS POOL PASS: If you need a pass, you will need to bring a state issued ID and a current utilities bill showing your name and Thousand Oaks address. Once verified by the desk attendant, you will be able to enter the pool.

GETTING A POOL PASS: ​We can only issue pool passes to you if the account is up-to-date according to our property manager, MJF Associates Inc. That means your Association dues are paid in full and you do not owe anything. If you believe there is an issue or error on your account, please contact MJF Associates Inc at 703-369-6535.

To be issued a pool pass, you will need to complete the Thousand Oaks Pool Pass form available here in the Pool Pass Forms section of this site to copy and print it for completion. Please Note: the form is best completed hard copy (written legibly or typed and printed). The completed form is to be submitted along with a 1 inch by 1 inch face picture of each person listed on the pass request. You can either submit the completed form (hard copy) to the Pool Office during its operating hours or submit the completed form and photos via email (electronically) to: TotaBoard@TOTAnews.net. If you don't have a camera to create the needed pictures, please check with your friends or some local business that prints passport photos at a cost.

RENTER POOL ACCESS: all renters will still have to complete the form and provide pictures of those listed requesting an ID. However, you also have the added step of getting the bottom portion of the form completed and signed by the owner of the Thousand Oaks property in which you live. Such action is indication of their waiving their rights to the pool and giving them to you for your enjoyment. Please note - your access as a renter is at their discretion.

When the pool is open and passes are being requested, the completed Pool form and pictures can be left with the Desk Attendant. Passes will be processed and later available at the pool house for you to pick-up. If you indicate your email address on the form, you will be notified when they are ready. This work will be completed as soon as we are able. Until they are, you will still be able to use the pool while you wait to receive your pass, provided you bring a valid state issued ID, proof of current Thousand Oaks residency, and all Association dues for your Thousand Oaks address are paid. You will need to bring the listed items EACH TIME you want to enter the pool until you have received your pass.

EVERY RESIDENT DESIRING TO ACCESS THE POOL MUST EACH TIME BRING EITHER THEIR THOUSAND OAKS POOL PASS OR PROOF OF THOUSAND OAKS RESIDENCY AND THEIR CURRENT STATE ISSUED ID.
POOL PASS FEES: Initial Pool Passes are made free of charge. Remember, a valid pool pass is needed EVERY TIME to enter the pool and are collected upon entry. Please remember to pick-up your pass each time as you leave the pool. There is a $5.00 replacement charge if your pass is lost or stolen. Avoid the replacement charge!

GUEST POOL ACCESS: Guests of Thousand Oaks Residents are welcome to come and swim for a Guest fee of $7 per person (established guest fees since 2024 pool season) for all guests 4 years of age and older. The associated resident must remain at the pool WITH the guest at ALL TIMES.

PAYMENTS RENDERED: All services and snacks purchased are to be paid in cash. No bills over $20 will be accepted and ALL bills will be checked for authenticity.

DRUG FREE ZONE: There is NO SMOKING of ANY KIND OR TYPE allowed on premises. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED.

SAFE ENJOYMENT FOR ALL -- The pool is a commodity not had by many townhouse communities in this area and it operates for your enjoyment. Please use it safely.
