2026 Schedule and Hours of Operation

 

The 2026 summer pool season is Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.

 

The pool will be open daily.  Hours of operation are as follows:

•    4:00pm-7:45pm on weekdays Prince William County schools are in session

•    12:00pm-7:45pm on all other days

Pool Passes

Beginning with the 2026 pool season, resident and guest pool passes will be managed through the on-line application called CellBadge. 

 

After completing the pool pass registration process, residents can download the mobile CellBadge app to their phone.  Key pool information is available in the CellBadge app, including real-time open/closed status, pool rules and announcements.

 

Resident CellBadge Pool Pass Registration:

Residents must register their property and household members through a one-time, two-step registration process in CellBadge by following the instructions provided below.

 

Once approved, residents with a valid pool pass in CellBadge will enjoy seamless check-in at the pool just by telling the lifeguard their name and/or address.

To Access CellBadge:

Step 1.Submit “Initial Add Request”

 

  • Fill out all required information in the section titled “Initial Add Request.” 

 

This section is located at either the LEFT side of the screen (when accessing the website on a computer) OR the TOP of the screen (when accessing the website on a cell phone).

 

Homeowners: The last name you enter for the “Household Last Name” in this section should match the last name (at least one) that appears on your TOTA assessment statements.

 

Tenants: The last name you enter for the “Household Last Name” in this section should match the last name that appears on the property owner’s written authorization of tenant’s rights to pool use for the season and/or proof of residency (e.g., current lease, utility bill, etc.).

 

  • Click the “Request Access” button at the bottom of the section to submit your request.

 

  • Once submitted, please allow 3-5 business days for your request to be reviewed and to receive either ‘approval’ or ‘rejection’ text and email messages.

    • If you receive an ‘approval’ message you can begin.

    • If you receive a ‘rejection’ message, it will include the reason in the message.Please follow the instructions provided in that message and re-submit a new request after you have completed the required action.Once approved, you can begin .

 

Tenants:  A completed Pool Privilege Assignment Form signed by the homeowner must be on file to receive approval to begin Step 2.  You can submit the completed and signed form by emailing it to totapool@totanews.net or dropping off hardcopy at the pool during one of the pre-season registration drive events or during regular hours of operation.

 

Step 2.  Enter Household Members

 

  • In the section titled “Enter or Update Household Members” enter the phone number and/or email address you used to register. 

 

This section is located at either the RIGHT side of the screen (when accessing the website on a computer) OR the BOTTOM of the screen (when accessing the website on a cell phone).

 

  • Click the “Request PIN” button at the bottom of the section to receive an email and/or text message with a PIN number.

 

  • Go back to the Thousand Oaks CellBadge website and find the “Have you already received your PIN? Click Here” message at the bottom of the BLUE section and click the “click here“ link.

 

  • Enter the PIN into the space provided and click the “Register” button.This will take you to the page where you can enter all the members of your household who reside full-time at the property address.

    • All members of the household wishing to use the pool must be entered. Don’t forget to enter yourself.

 

  • Once Step 2 is complete, you will receive another confirmation text and/or email notifying you your registration is ‘complete’ once it has been approved.

 

NOTE:  If you are unable to upload a photo during this step, the lifeguard will take a photo and add it to the appropriate household member in your account before being admitted into the pool.

Guest Passes

Guest passes are required for all non-resident guests to be admitted to the pool.

  • Guest passes cost $5 each (single-day visit per guest).

  • Guest pass fees are non-refundable.

NEW FOR 2026 - Digital Guest Pass Purchases & Complimentary Guest Passes

 

To introduce residents to the new CellBadge system and help ease the transition to online purchasing, each household will automatically receive 2 complimentary guest passes.  These complimentary guest passes will be automatically preloaded upon completion of registration in CellBadge.

Residents can purchase additional guest passes directly in the CellBadge app at any time.  Passes purchased through the app are added to your household account in CellBadge.  Upon arrival at the pool, simply check in your guest(s) and the lifeguard will deduct the applicable number of pass(es) from your CellBadge account.
