Leash Pets and Clean up after them - It's the Law!
When your dog is off of your own property, it MUST be kept on a leash.
Please keep our neighborhood clean and sanitary by picking up after your pets.
When you are walking your dog it is your responsibility to clean up feces after your dog. Failure to do either of these can result in you being charged with one or more class 4 misdemeanors, with a maximum fine of $250 per offense.
***IF YOU SEE ANYONE NOT PICKING UP AFTER THEIR DOG, PLEASE REPORT THIS TO THE BOARD AT TOTABOARD@TOTANEWS.NET OR CALL OUR PROPERTY MANAGER, MJF & ASSOC. AT 703-369-6535.***
